3. Legal basis for processing

Essential cookies: these are set on the basis of the data controller's legitimate interest in ensuring that the website works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They do not require prior consent.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity): these are set only with the user's express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation act as data processors. Data may be transferred to the USA under the safeguards of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
